Bought a used Icon golf cart recently that had a lithium battery conversion. After some investigation I found out that cart purchase and conversion were done here. Called to have a maintenance/safety check done on it and they could not have been easier to deal with. Scheduled an at home service; Jason showed up at the appointed time. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, and gave good useful tips to us as first time cart owners. Will definitely use them again for any future service needs.
Had a problem with cart’s EMB system locking up while traveling in my ICON. Diagnostics showed a weak cell in lithium battery system at fault. Due to the severely hard and sudden breaking of the golf cart the steering rack was damaged as well. The service department expertly replaced it as well as filled out the paperwork necessary to cover the RowPow battery pack to be covered by warranty. Both pick up and delivery were done by yet another expert in a very timely and efficient manner. Thank You for taking care of us so professionally!

The technician arrived on time. Was extremely helpful and informative regarding the care of my cart. He repaired an item I thought needed replacing and as a result save me some money. I highly recommend them.
I wanted to buy my husband a golf cart for his birthday and It was very welcoming and it felt like a family when i walked in. Everyone is super nice, Mark was funny, friendly and not pushy at all to make a sale. The girls that work there are super friendly too. They were excited to hear about how the birthday surprise scavenger hunt for my husband went. It was a great, quick experience buying our golf cart. Jason, The service guy that came to install some things on our cart was awesome and super friendly as well. He went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend going in and taking a look for yourself!
I recently purchased a new Denango Rover XL cart from Golf Car Superstore and was very pleased with the entire experience. They had a number of vehicles in stock, which made selecting the one I wanted much easier. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped me easily purchase the cart I wanted. I would recommend this store to anyone.

We purchased 3 golf carts brand new from this location. They were very helpful and appeared knowledgeable. However, in less than 2 years, all 3 carts have to have their batteries replaced. Be aware, all indications are this is a known problem and they will not do anything to help. Consider this, this business was called "Icon Superstore" they have now changed their name to distance themselves from the known poor quality products they sold. We paid a premium price for low quality products.

We have had two battery failures on our bought new golf cart and they are claiming the replacement is it out of warranty. They swapped our original black batteries under warranty to green batteries (which are better per the guy who dropped it off, and said the black batteries had tons of issues and the green batteries have a new warranty) Well one of our new green ones just exploded during driving, thankfully I didn’t have my young kids with me. They are a year and month old batteries and they are saying it is out of warranty. The warranty is only valid from the first original batteries and not any replacements (even though they knew the black batteries had issues). They said we can’t replace just the one that exploded of the 6 batteries, we need to replace them all. So when you go and replace your normal car battery do you not get a new warranty with the new one?! YES. YOU DO GET A NEW WARRANTY. So why is this not the same here? Scammers.

This is an absolutely terrible dealer. Pay close attention to prior complaints about batteries used in the Icon golf carts. They have extremely poor customer service and willingly admit they use TERRIBLE batteries. Any customer will find themselves replacing the overpriced batteries within a year regardless of the warranty or common sense. Customer service at the corporate level is even worse. The "blame game" between the dealership and corporate is a very poor reflection on both.
Avoid at all cost, sweet talkers till you have a problem, first set of batteries went bad by 5 months, second set, same, and 3rd . 4th set made it past the warranty ended. Now I'm on my own with a 2 year and a few months cart , again with shot batteries. HORRIBLE customer service, irresponsible people.
Definitely advise again going there..

Not leave the customer of a 12 thousand dollar vehicle stranded after two years. My elderly parents purchased a brand new golf cart from ICON Golf Superstores 2 years ago and after the first year the batteries needed to be replaced and was done since it was under warranty. Just over a year after that, all 6 batteries are dead and need to be replaced for $2,100? This is ridiculous and shows the complete lack of quality and service that you provide to your customers. The best you could do was give my father corporates number in Tampa FL? Shame on you for taking advantage of a loyal elderly customer.
Professional, knowledgeable service, with attention to detail by Mark K. (Sales). He really knows his product and it shows when he takes you on a test drive and a walk around the golf car in the showroom. I bought the Denago Rover XL (Lava) and could not be happier with the NEV! Well built with a solid warranty program to back it!. I highly recommend Golf Car Superstore of Sun City, AZ!
I love my new Advanced EV Advent 2 golf cart. I got a lot a features for the money and the warranties on the cart and lithium battery are industry best. Only complaint is that it took a long time to get my cart because of product demand and tariff issues.
Jason Martin and the owner at GOLF CAR SUPERSTORE went above and beyond what is usually wanted from a business. From a consumers standpoint, they are some of the best of the best in my opinion and from my actual experience. I am grateful and blessed to have crossed paths with Jason Martin and the owner of GOLF CAR SUPERSTORE in Sun City West Arizona. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated like a valued and important customer and person. I purchased a golf cart through Costco during an Icon roadshow. Unfortunately, the original batteries failed, and so did the first replacement set. The second set also failed, and now they want me to pay $3,000 to replace the batteries again. Currently, our golf cart is sitting unused in the garage. This would be the fourth set of batteries we've had to deal with. I've reached out for assistance and was directed to an email address that has been unhelpful. Given the hassle we have experienced, I would not purchase another golf cart from them.
Nothing but top service at the Golf Cart Superstore! Mark was very informative and made it easy for us to choose the cart that is perfect for us! The service was great and the delivery was quick and easy! We are really enjoying our cart!
I ordered my cart when everyone was talking about tariffs and what prices were going to increase.
Mark told me that orders that were placed would be honored. It took some time for my cart to arrive, but Mark kept me informed of the status of the order. When the cart was delivered the original price quote was honored.

We went to the Golf Cart Super Store in Sun City, AZ just to look at what might suit our needs. Mark Karabacz was our sales person. I'd purchased an 2 seat Icon golf cart from the same place about 1.5 years ago. Then I got married. We had two golf carts and only room for one.
Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the two carts we decided we were interested in and helped us compare them to each other (about the same except for height and colors available). There's a good variety of golf carts to choose from. Once again, Mark new the add-ons for each cart.
We ended up choosing a 4 seat 2025 Advanced EV Advent .
We highly recommend both the Golf Cart Super Store and Mark as a sales person.

We purchased a used Epic golf cart from Icon last month. Our salesperson was Lauren and she was outstanding. Gave us honest opinions on what to buy and look for in a cart. After looking at other stores and some private sales, we came back to Icon and Lauren found us a great cart. We took the cart home and it needed a couple of adjustments and Kelsey from Service was very responsive and professional in taking care of our needs. I also need to mention their on the road technician (Jason or Jordan, sorry) who was also very professional and gave some great service and tips at our house. The entire crew and experience was phenomenal. I would highly recommend the Icon Superstore in Sun City West for all your golf cart needs!

We recently purchased a new golf cart at Icon Superstore in Sun City West. Our salesman was Mark Karabacz. He was awesome at showing us all of our choices.
